Alternatives to Mammograms & Adjuvant Drugs

Most international research suggests that only post-menopausal women should have screening mammograms, and only once every few years.

The newest research also suggests that for most post-menopausal women, an annual clinical breast exam and monthly self exams are a safer and equally effective method, compared to mammograms, when screening for invasive breast cancers.
